A trip matched to your destination
The existing route list includes Patong, Phuket Old Town, Rassada Pier, Krabi Airport and Ao Nang. Tell Kong exactly where you want to go. Pickup outside Khao Lak, return journeys, extra stops and other destinations need a separate agreement. Detailed excursion programmes will be added after Kong confirms them.
Journey time depends on your pickup point, destination and traffic. Send these details and your travel time to Kong for an estimate. For an airport departure, he recommends leaving the hotel 4 hours before your flight.
Your fare and vehicle
The same fare applies in both directions between Phuket Airport and your hotel, per vehicle and per one-way journey. Choose Khao Lak or Bang Moung and the passenger band. A listed fare applies to the selected area and passenger band. Ask Kong for other routes or an uncertain hotel.
Tell Kong the number of adults and children, the children’s ages, and the number and size of your bags. Luggage capacity and the suitable vehicle must be confirmed for your trip.

Before your trip
When to book?
Please book at least 2 days in advance. For an urgent transfer, call Kong on +66872834828 or contact him on WhatsApp to check availability. A trip is booked only after Kong confirms it.
Child seats
Child seats for ages 6 months–4 years and booster seats for ages 5–7 are available at no extra charge. Request the number needed and give the children’s ages in your booking notes. Kong confirms availability and suitability for your trip. Your children’s safety matters to us.
Cancellation
Please notify Kong of a cancellation at least 2 days in advance. Contact him directly by WhatsApp or phone with your booking reference. Cancellation fees, late cancellation and no-show terms still need to be confirmed.
The website and assistant offer several languages. Please confirm directly with Kong which languages your contact person and assigned driver speak.
