How much is a taxi from Phuket Airport to Khao Lak?
Phuket Airport ↔ Khao Lak: 1300 / 1400 / 1500 / 1600 THB per vehicle, per one-way journey. Passenger bands: 1–2 / 3–4 / 5–6 / 7–9. The same fares apply in both directions. Phuket Airport ↔ Bang Moung: 1500 / 1600 / 1700 / 1800 THB per vehicle, per one-way journey. Passenger bands: 1–2 / 3–4 / 5–6 / 7–9. The same fares apply in both directions. A listed fare applies to the selected area and passenger band. Ask Kong for other routes or an uncertain hotel.
How do I book?
Sending the form is not a final booking. Kong checks availability and sends the price, itinerary and terms. You reply to accept them. The transfer or programme is confirmed only when Kong then sends the final confirmation using the same reference. No guest account registration is required.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Pay the driver in cash; there is no online payment. Fixed fares apply only to the matching direction and passenger band. Tours and unpriced journeys need Kong’s quote and final confirmation.
Are child seats available?
Child seats for ages 6 months–4 years and booster seats for ages 5–7 are available at no extra charge. Request the number needed and give the children’s ages in your booking notes. Kong confirms availability and suitability for your trip. Your children’s safety matters to us.
What if my flight is delayed?
You can notify Kong of a flight delay at any time. After the plane lands, Kong can wait up to 2 hours; longer waiting may incur an additional charge. Please agree any waiting charge directly with Kong.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure or a no-show incurs a charge of 50% of the price. Applies to transfers and tours.

What if I get lost?
Stay somewhere safe, away from traffic. Check the name of a nearby hotel, shop or landmark. Keep your phone charged and conserve the battery. Kong will reply as soon as he can. This is not an emergency service and immediate help or 24-hour availability is not guaranteed. In an emergency, call the official numbers below.

When should I leave for the airport?
Please leave your hotel 4 hours before your flight departs. Example: an 11:00 flight means hotel pickup at 07:00. Agree the pickup time with Kong. The same fare applies in both directions between Phuket Airport and your hotel, per vehicle and per one-way journey. Choose Khao Lak or Bang Moung and the passenger band.
